Mumbai, 01 November (H.S.): Excitement is building among fans of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan ahead of his 61st birthday, which falls on November 2. The occasion could bring a major reveal related to his upcoming film, ‘King’, with the makers reportedly planning to unveil a special promotional video.

According to reports, a new promotional video for the film may be released at midnight on November 2. However, it is not yet clear whether the release will be a teaser, a song or another promotional clip. The makers have not issued any official confirmation in this regard.

Director Siddharth Anand has further fuelled speculation by sharing a series of cryptic posts on social media. He posted three separate messages on X around midnight, which, when read together, conveyed the phrase, “It’s time for the world to celebrate.” The posts have prompted fans to speculate that the makers may unveil the teaser of ‘King’ or announce a major update on Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday. However, an official confirmation is still awaited.

Preparations for the actor’s birthday celebrations are also visible in Mumbai. The Bandra-Worli Sea Link has been specially illuminated, while arrangements are reportedly underway outside his residence, Mannat, as fans look forward to celebrating the occasion.

Following ‘Pathaan’, ‘King’ marks the second collaboration between Shah Rukh Khan and Siddharth Anand. The film will feature Abhishek Bachchan as the actor’s adversary, while Shah Rukh’s daughter, Suhana Khan, will share the screen with him for the first time in a theatrical release.

‘King’ is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on December 24, 2026.
