New Delhi, 09 October (H.S.): Gold prices showed a marginal downward trend during early trading in the bullion market on Friday while silver prices remained unchanged for the third consecutive day.

Following the slight decline, 24-carat gold was trading at prices ranging from Rs. 1,49,530 to Rs. 1,49,680 per 10 grams across most bullion markets in the country. Similarly, 22-carat gold was selling in the range of Rs. 1,37,080 to Rs. 1,37,230 per 10 grams. With silver prices remaining stable, the white metal continued to trade at Rs. 2,34,900 per kilogram in the Delhi bullion market.

In Delhi, 24-carat gold was trading at Rs. 1,49,680 per 10 grams, while the price of 22-carat gold stood at Rs. 1,37,230 per 10 grams. In Mumbai, the country's financial capital, 24-carat gold was selling at Rs. 1,49,530 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at Rs. 1,37,080 per 10 grams. Similarly, the retail price of 24-carat gold in Ahmedabad stood at Rs. 1,49,580 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at Rs. 1,37,130 per 10 grams.

In addition to these major cities, 24-carat gold was selling at Rs. 1,49,530 per 10 grams in Chennai, while 22-carat gold was priced at Rs. 1,37,080 per 10 grams. In Kolkata, 24-carat gold was also trading at Rs. 1,49,530 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold stood at Rs. 1,37,080 per 10 grams. In Bhopal, the price of 24-carat gold was Rs. 1,49,580 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was selling at Rs. 1,37,130 per 10 grams.

In Jaipur, 24-carat gold was trading at Rs. 1,49,680 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at Rs. 1,37,230 per 10 grams. In Patna, 24-carat gold stood at Rs. 1,49,580 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was selling at Rs. 1,37,130 per 10 grams. In the Lucknow bullion market, 24-carat gold was trading at Rs. 1,49,680 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at Rs. 1,37,230 per 10 grams.

Similar to the trend in other parts of the country, bullion markets in Karnataka, Telangana and Odisha also witnessed a marginal softening in gold prices during early trading. In the state capitals of Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar, 24-carat gold was trading at Rs. 1,49,530 per 10 grams. Likewise, 22-carat gold was selling at Rs. 1,37,080 per 10 grams in the bullion markets of all three cities.
