Varanasi, 8 Oct (HS): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National

President Nitin Nabin, on Thursday, the second day of his visit to Varanasi,

visited the temple of Kashipuripati Baba Vishwanath along with State President

Pankaj Chaudhary and other leaders. He prayed for the welfare of the nation by

ritually consecrating the sacred Jyotirlinga in the sanctum sanctorum of the

temple amid chanting of Vedic mantras.

Speaking to reporters, he said that BJP workers work 24 hours

a day, seven days a week. Every day is work for them, and every day is election

time. We are not those who come only during election season. Our

programs, our work, and our communication with the public continue throughout

the year, he said. Taking aim at the Leader of the Opposition, he said,

I would say that these (Rahul Gandhi and the opposition) are people with

an anarchist mindset, who only know how to spread poison in society. If that

were true, the same Election Commission would have conducted the elections in

Kerala. The same Election Commission would have conducted the elections in

Tamil Nadu, where they came to power from behind. If he has the courage,

Rahul Gandhi should resign first. The people of the country are witnessing the

kind of game he is playing. He alleged that the Leader of the Opposition is

protecting infiltrators. He alleged that efforts are being made to secure

rights for those who come from different places and usurp the rights of the

people of India.

I believe that the people of India have a right to

India's resources, wealth, and land. The Bharatiya Janata Party will always

fight against those who are trying to settle people here with a foreign

mentality. After offering prayers at the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Nitin

Naveen, delighted by the grandeur and expanse of Baba Vishwanath Dham, said

that every devotee, every person, bows down after coming to Baba's city, and we

are from Bihar. Visiting Kashi is part of our tradition. He had the opportunity

to visit this city of Kashi Vishwanath many times before to seek Baba's

blessings. But it can certainly be said that the recent grand reconstruction of

the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor has delighted every devotee. It is a wonderful

experience for devotees to see Baba on the banks of the Ganges. For this, I

congratulate Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath,

who have given a truly grand and distinctive look to the center of faith of

millions of Sanatanis.
