Lucknow, 7 Oct (HS): Chief

Minister Yogi Adityanath addressed the Seva Jyoti Yatra Vikasit Bharat

Sankalp Sabha program at Patel Park, GPO, on Wednesday, marking the

completion of 25 years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's public life. The Chief

Minister congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi for this proud achievement.

Prime Minister Modi and Bharatiya Janata Party National President Nitin Nabin

addressed the program virtually. The Chief Minister also visited the Jan

Seva Se Desh Seva exhibition.

During the event, Yogi indirectly attacked the Samajwadi

Party. He said that the Rajya Sabha elections have revealed the outcome of the

Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. The fight has once again become 80-20. Eighty

percent are from the NDA and 20 percent from the PDA. The fate of the PDA will

be known later.

A common BJP worker brought global recognition to India: The

Chief Minister said that today is a day of pride for every Indian, marking the

completion of 25 years of Prime Minister Modi's tireless public service.

Hailing from a small village in Gujarat, he is providing leadership to India. A

simple worker/volunteer gave the country a new identity on the global stage.

Yogi pointed out that Narendra Modi took the oath of office and secrecy as

Chief Minister of Gujarat on October 7, 2001. At that time, Gujarat was in

turmoil due to a devastating disaster, and an atmosphere of concern prevailed

across the country. Meanwhile, anti-national elements sought to create chaos

and disorder. Narendra Modi assumed the position of Chief Minister of Gujarat

under those circumstances. He presented Gujarat as a model state.

Yogi said that for 12 years, Prime Minister Narendra Modi

has presented India to the world as a strong and capable nation. By instilling

confidence in every citizen, he succeeded in building a new India as a

One India, Best India. When Modi was sworn in as Chief Minister,

the Prime Minister was Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the MP from Lucknow. Today, Prime

Minister Modi leads the nation as a Member of Parliament from Varanasi, Uttar

Pradesh.

PM Modi's journey is from village to global: The Chief

Minister described it as a journey from village to global. He said that this

journey has brought about change in the lives of every citizen and instilled

confidence in the minds of youth. It has guaranteed security for every sister,

brought prosperity to the lives of farmers, and strengthened employment opportunities

for youth.

India succeeds on the economic front, youth potential is

getting a new direction: Yogi said that 12 years ago, India was counted among

the bottom 5. India was counted among the worst economies. Per capita income

used to be the lowest but now India has made its place in the top 5 on the

economic front and has also succeeded in increasing the per capita income.

Earlier, there were only a few thousand startups in India, today there are more

than 2.5 lakh startups. India is making its echo heard in the world. Under

Mission Rozgar, there are jobs, employment and self-employment for the youth. A

youth full of self-confidence has the ability to do something for the country.

His talent is the strength of the country and his confidence is the capability

of the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is giving a new direction to the

potential of the youth.

India has a better network of connectivity: The Chief

Minister said that at one time, railway speeds were limited to meter gauge. Due

to lack of electrification, there were stoppages. Freight trains took several

days to reach Delhi from Kolkata. Freight trains and passenger trains used to

run on the same line. However, the country now has a better network of

connectivity. The railways boast broad gauge, electrification, and the

Eastern-Western Dedicated Freight Corridor for freight transportation. With

world-class facilities like Vande Bharat, Amrit Bharat, and Namo Bharat, the

railways are reaching new heights every day. Yogi also pointed out India's rise

in air connectivity. He said that the number of airports from before 1947 to

2014 has doubled. Even those wearing slippers are now traveling by plane.

Every skilled person is getting respect: Yogi said that

previously, in Uttar Pradesh, a mafia used to wield power parallel to the

government, but now, there is a district with a medical college, a product, and

a cuisine. Skilled artisans and craftspeople are receiving respect. The

Pledge to Service program is strengthening India's economy.

Digital India is an attack on the dishonesty of the Congress

and the Indian alliance: The Chief Minister said that the previous state of

housing and other facilities is no secret. When Jan Dhan accounts were being

opened, people mocked Digital India, saying that opening accounts was making

fun of the poor. However, this was an attack on the dishonesty of the Congress

and NDA alliance. Now, through DBT, money goes directly into the accounts of

beneficiaries such as women, farmers, youth, the poor, laborers, and others.

PM Modi made the impossible possible: Yogi said that Prime

Minister Modi made the impossible possible. Free rations for 800 million

people, cooking gas connections, a startup ecosystem, an excellent

highway-expressway network, and the availability of inland waterways in Uttar

Pradesh have all become possible. Previously, we had to depend on the world for

even a single chip; if the world didn't supply one, electronic manufacturing

would come to a halt. Now, more than 12 semiconductor industries are

operational in India or investments are being made. India is now becoming

self-sufficient in chip exports.

India also prospered in the defense and health sectors: Chief

Minister Yogi said that India once relied on the world for defense, but today

it is exporting defense manufacturing worth thousands of crores to other

countries. At one time, Delhi had only one AIIMS; Atal Bihari Vajpayee expanded

the number to six, and Prime Minister Modi increased this number to 23. Every

field of emerging technology, including IITs and IIMs that fulfill the

aspirations of youth, is being achieved as a result of Modi's vision. Prime

Minister Modi implemented Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas (together with

all, development for all).

On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak,

Rajya Sabha MP Medha Kulkarni, Brajlal, Sanjay Seth, Mayor Sushma Kharwal,

Legislative Council members Dr. Mahendra Singh, Vijay Bahadur Pathak, Mukesh

Sharma, Lalji Prasad Nirmal, Ramchandra Pradhan, Pawan Singh Chauhan, MLA

Pankaj Singh, Neeraj Bora, Yogesh Shukla, Jai Devi, Rajeshwar Singh, OP

Srivastava, BJP District President Vijay Maurya, Metropolitan President Anand

Dwivedi etc. were present.
