(HS): The students at Sun Bright School examination centre on Ambegaon (Bu) in

Pune district, faced a shock when after two hours they were informed of

cancellation of their examination. The students were to write examination for

Mahajyoti Scholarships on Wednesday. The

examination was to be conducted online. But the school authorities informed

that the computer sets for the examination are not available with the school.

The enraged students had to wait outside the examination centre for more than

two hours, to know that their examination has been cancelled.

Surprisingly the

examination centre was allotted for the examination, and even the school did

not inform about the non-availability of computer sets in advance

The students,

their parents and MLA Rohit Pawar have raised several questions about the

examination management authorities through social media.

Rohit Pawar,

besides raising question about arrangements for the online examination, has

demanded that the deficiencies should be immediately removed, and the

examinations should be conducted in the offline mode.
