New Delhi, 07 October (H.S.): Gold prices witnessed an upward trend in early trading in the bullion market today, after declining during the initial session. Following the latest movement in prices, gold has become costlier by Rs 970 to Rs 1,060 per 10 grams in most bullion markets across the country. There has been no change in silver prices today. The precious metal continues to trade at Tuesday's level.

Following the rise in prices, 24-carat gold is trading at Rs 1,50,230 to Rs 1,50,380 per 10 grams in most bullion markets across the country today. Similarly, 22-carat gold is being sold in the range of Rs 1,37,710 to Rs 1,37,860 per 10 grams. With silver prices remaining unchanged, the precious metal continues to trade at Rs 2,34,900 per kilogram in the Delhi bullion market today.

In Delhi, 24-carat gold is trading at Rs 1,50,380 per 10 grams today, while the price of 22-carat gold stands at Rs 1,37,860 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, in Mumbai, the country's financial capital, 24-carat gold is being sold at Rs 1,50,230 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at Rs 1,37,710 per 10 grams. Similarly, the retail price of 24-carat gold in Ahmedabad stands at Rs 1,50,280 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold is priced at Rs 1,37,760 per 10 grams.

Apart from these major cities, 24-carat gold is being sold in Chennai today at Rs 1,50,230 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold is priced at Rs 1,37,710 per 10 grams. Similarly, in Kolkata, 24-carat gold is trading at Rs 1,50,230 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at Rs 1,37,710 per 10 grams. In Bhopal, the price of 24-carat gold stands at Rs 1,50,280 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold is being sold at Rs 1,37,760 per 10 grams.

In Jaipur, 24-carat gold is trading at Rs 1,50,380 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at Rs 1,37,860 per 10 grams. In Patna, the price of 24-carat gold stands at Rs 1,50,280 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold is being sold at Rs 1,37,760 per 10 grams. In the Lucknow bullion market, 24-carat gold is trading at Rs 1,50,380 per 10 grams today, while 22-carat gold is priced at Rs 1,37,860 per 10 grams.

As in other parts of the country, gold prices also continued to show an upward trend during early trading in the bullion markets of Karnataka, Telangana and Odisha. In the capitals of these three states—Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar—24-carat gold is trading at Rs 1,50,230 per 10 grams. Similarly, 22-carat gold is being sold at Rs 1,37,710 per 10 grams in the bullion markets of all three cities.
