young individuals to transition from job seekers to job creators. The launch

Beginning operations in 2016, the
Lucknow campus has evolved into
one of HCLTech’s key global delivery centers. It presently has a workforce of
over 12,500 employees and caters to
more than 150 international
companies. The organization also has
collaborations with over 40 engineering institutes in the area. The festivities and new investments emphasize HCLTech’s enduring dedication to Uttar Pradesh and its contribution
to establishing a robust technology and talent ecosystem within
the state.
Meanwhile, CM Yogi mentioned in a post on X, “We have
shifted our priorities. Instead of family development, we prioritize the
development of the state; instead of protecting mafias, we protect investors;
and instead of appeasement, we prioritize technology. As electronics grew, the
need for Data Centres increased, and as data grew, today Uttar Pradesh is
laying the foundation for the future digital economy—from Data Centres to AI
City. Through AI-PRAGYA, the goal has been set to connect 10 lakh youth with
new technology. The state's growing Startup ecosystem is also transforming
youth from job seekers to job creators. Uttar Pradesh was once a market for
technology; today, it is becoming its creator. This journey from Assembly to AI
is not just about technology—it is a journey of employment, entrepreneurship,
and prosperity for our youth. In this series, today I will participate in the
program organized in Lucknow to mark the completion of 10 years of HCL Tech's
establishment. On this occasion, the HCL GUVI Emerging Tech Skilling Centre
will also be inaugurated. With the resolve of 'Developed India-Developed Uttar
Pradesh,' this is the new flight of the 'New Uttar Pradesh.'”
