Mumbai, 06 October (H.S.): Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal are set to share the screen for the first time since their marriage in the upcoming film ‘Tu Hai Meri Kiran’. The trailer of the film has been released. Directed by Karan Rawal, the film is a romantic thriller that explores love, obsession, determination and suspense. The film has been produced under the banner of Echelon Productions in association with PAM Studios and AND Productions.

The trailer begins with the friendship between Sonakshi and Zaheer’s characters, but the story soon appears to take a darker turn towards one-sided love and obsession. Zaheer’s character becomes so determined to win Sonakshi’s character that his fixation gradually turns unsettling. Sonakshi’s character, meanwhile, initially appears innocent and vulnerable. The trailer features several unexpected twists that maintain the suspense and sense of intrigue surrounding the story.

Karan Rawal has both written and directed the film. The trailer suggests that the line between love and obsession will gradually become blurred, revealing a darker and more complex side of relationships. The film has also generated considerable interest as Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal, who married in June 2024, return to the screen together as a lead pair.

The trailer introduces Sonakshi as Kiran and Zaheer as Samar, whose relationship takes an increasingly disturbing turn as Samar’s feelings become possessive. The film appears to explore one-sided love, obsession and shifting realities, while keeping several aspects of its central mystery under wraps.

‘Tu Hai Meri Kiran’ is scheduled to release in cinemas on October 23, 2026.
