Mumbai, 06 October (H.S.): Speculation about Qazi Touqeer’s exit from the reality show ‘Bigg Boss 20’ had intensified on social media, with the singer drawing viewers’ attention through his entertaining presence on the show. Reports claimed that he had temporarily stepped away from Salman Khan’s show due to health issues, with some reports suggesting that he was suffering from dengue. His team has now issued a statement on social media, clarifying his health condition amid the speculation.

According to Qazi’s team, the singer has been battling a fever for the past few days while participating in ‘Bigg Boss 20’. The team said that after he recently experienced weakness, he was taken to the medical room, where doctors examined him. The team clarified that Qazi is still a part of the show and that the show’s team remains in constant contact regarding his health. Even while resting, he is participating in the show to the best of his ability and continuing to entertain his fellow contestants and viewers.

The team appealed to fans not to pay heed to rumours and urged them to continue sending their love, prayers and positive energy to Qazi. It also said that updates regarding his health would be shared from time to time. The team expressed hope that once he has fully recovered, Qazi will soon be seen on the show with the same energy and enthusiasm as before.
