Following the announcement made by Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari regarding the recruitment of 14,454 vacant posts across various state government departments, the West Bengal Public Service Commission has officially commenced the application process for the Clerkship Examination 2024 on Tuesday.
According to the official notification, eligible candidates can submit their applications online starting October 6. Applicants must have passed the Madhyamik (Class 10) or equivalent examination and possess basic computer literacy along with typing proficiency. The age limit for applicants has been fixed between 18 and 45 years. The application fee is 110 rupees, with the deadline for fee submission set for October 26 at 3:30 PM. The commission will provide an edit window for submitted application forms from October 28 to November 1. Details regarding the exact number of vacancies for the clerkship cadre and the official examination schedule are expected to be announced in due course.
