Pune Police have denied permission to agitation against Maharashtra Public

Service Commission (MPSC). The agitation staged in Pune at three locations.

Police have called it illegal and if continued will face action.

The aspirants are

staging agitation in Pune at three places protesting decisions of the government,

examination process and functioning of the Commission.

Necessary permission

for the agitation has not been sought by the organisers. Even after denial of

permission by the police, the agitation has been continued. Private tuition

classes have been alleged of supporting the agitation. Notices to 29 coaching

classes and 51 students have been issued in this connection. Police have warned

of action, if the agitation continues.
