
Ayodhya, 5 Oct (HS): Defence Minister Rajnath Singh traveled
to Ayodhya on Monday, where he prayed at Shri Ram Mandir and Hanuman Garhi.
Rajnath Singh went to the Ram
Janmabhoomi Temple to pray and obtain blessings
for the nation's peace and prosperity.
He conducted ceremonies and showed reverence at the ancient Hanuman Garhi Temple to obtain the blessings of Lord Hanuman. While in Ayodhya, he took part in the Guru Parv Mahotsav at
Ranopali/Udaseen Rishi Ashram and was present for the
inauguration of the newly constructed Shri Narayan Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya building.
“I am feeling fortunate today after having
darshan of Shri Ram Lalla and Shri Hanumanji in Ayodhya. After performing puja
and worship in both temples, I prayed for India's progress and public welfare,”
Rajnath Singh remarked in a post on X.
Earlier, he mentioned, “Today, I will be
staying in the city of Lord Rama, Ayodhya. Along with the darshan of Shri Ram
Lala, I will also have the good fortune of the darshan of Shri Hanuman Ji. Today,
on the occasion of the Shri Guru Purnima Mahamahotsav and Saints' Conference in
Ayodhya, I will also participate in the inauguration ceremony of the newly
constructed building of Shrinarayana Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya.”
