BPF-led BTC Government Marks First Anniversary, Mohilary Unveils Four-Year Development Vision

Kokrajhar (Assam), 05 October (HS): The Hagrama Mohilary-led Bodo People’s Front (BPF) government in the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) completed its first year in office on Monday, with the anniversary being observed at the BTC Secretariat in Bodofa Nagar.

Addressing the first-anniversary programme, BTC Chief Executive Member Hagrama Mohilary said the administration had spent its initial year laying the groundwork for the development agenda to be pursued over the next four years.

Mohilary said the government had prepared a roadmap covering its priorities and proposed development initiatives for the remaining period of its tenure.

He appealed to people across the Bodoland Territorial Region to join the various programmes being organised to mark the first anniversary of the BPF-led BTC administration.

The BPF had secured 28 of the 40 seats in the 2025 BTC elections and subsequently formed the council government with Mohilary as its chief executive member.----------
