New Delhi, 31 October (H.S.): Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has married journalist Nidhi Razdan, with the couple making the announcement on social media on Saturday.
Abdullah shared photographs with Razdan and said that a new journey had begun the previous day. The announcement followed their wedding, which took place in New Delhi on Friday, October 30.
According to reports, the marriage was solemnised under the Special Marriage Act in the presence of family members who acted as witnesses. Close relatives attended wedding functions held in New Delhi and Srinagar.
The marriage comes after Abdullah's earlier marriage to Payal Abdullah was dissolved by an order of the Supreme Court in July 2026 following a settlement between the parties.
