Lucknow, Oct 30 (HS): In

compliance with the guidelines and mandate issued by the Vigilance

Establishment (Vigilance), a seminar and an integrity oath-taking program were

organized at the Office of the Controller of Legal Metrology, Uttar Pradesh

(Lucknow) as part of the Vigilance Awareness Week. Departmental

officers and personnel present at the program took a collective pledge to

maintain complete transparency, purity, and honesty in the discharge of their

daily responsibilities and to work tirelessly to eradicate corruption.

The symposium was held in the presence of Deputy Controller

(Lucknow Zone) Luv Kumar Pandey and Deputy Controller (Kanpur Zone) Mukesh

Kumar. The symposium included detailed discussions on making the department's

functioning more transparent, sensitive, and public-friendly. Senior

inspectors, inspectors, and other departmental personnel from the headquarters

and regional offices were present at the event.
