Lucknow, Oct 30 (HS): On

the occasion of Maharishi Swami Dayanand Saraswati's death anniversary, Uttar

Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath paid respect to the founder of Arya

Samaj and social reformer for his contributions to the development of a

progressive and equalitarian society. In his homage, CM Yogi Adityanath

emphasized Swami Dayanand's values and spiritual-social reform activities,

which continue to inspire nation-building and societal awareness.

In a post on X, he remarked, “On

the death anniversary of the brilliant proponent of social consciousness, the

founder of Arya Samaj, Maharishi Swami Dayanand Saraswati, humble tribute. His

teachings pave the way for the eradication of ignorance, ostentation, and

social evils, while establishing in society awakening, harmony, and the values

of a truthful life.”
