New Delhi, 30 October (H.S.): Gold prices witnessed a marginal decline during early trade in the domestic bullion market on Friday, while silver registered a steep fall of Rs. 5,000 per kilogram.

Following the slight correction in gold prices, 24-carat gold was trading at between Rs. 1,43,940 and Rs. 1,44,090 per 10 grams across various bullion markets in the country. Similarly, 22-carat gold was retailing in the range of Rs. 1,31,940 to Rs. 1,32,090 per 10 grams.

Silver prices also declined sharply, with the precious metal trading at Rs. 2,14,900 per kilogram in the Delhi bullion market.

In the national capital, 24-carat gold was quoted at Rs. 1,44,090 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold stood at Rs. 1,32,090 per 10 grams.

In Mumbai, the country's financial capital, 24-carat gold was trading at Rs. 1,43,940 per 10 grams, while the price of 22-carat gold stood at Rs. 1,31,940 per 10 grams. In Ahmedabad, the retail price of 24-carat gold was recorded at Rs. 1,43,990 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was quoted at Rs. 1,31,990 per 10 grams.

Among other major cities, Chennai recorded a price of Rs. 1,43,940 per 10 grams for 24-carat gold and Rs. 1,31,940 per 10 grams for 22-carat gold. In Kolkata, 24-carat gold was also trading at Rs. 1,43,940 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at Rs. 1,31,940 per 10 grams.

In Bhopal, 24-carat gold was quoted at Rs. 1,43,990 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold stood at Rs. 1,31,990 per 10 grams.

In Jaipur, 24-carat gold was trading at Rs. 1,44,090 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at Rs. 1,32,090 per 10 grams. In Patna, the price of 24-carat gold stood at Rs. 1,43,990 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was quoted at Rs. 1,31,990 per 10 grams.

The Lucknow bullion market recorded prices of Rs. 1,44,090 per 10 grams for 24-carat gold and Rs. 1,32,090 per 10 grams for 22-carat gold.

Gold prices also remained marginally lower in the bullion markets of Karnataka, Telangana and Odisha. In the respective state capitals of Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar, 24-carat gold was trading at Rs. 1,43,940 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was quoted at Rs. 1,31,940 per 10 grams.
