New Delhi, October 3 (H.S.). Delhi BJP President Harsh Malhotra on Saturday paid heartfelt tribute to former Delhi BJP president, former Chief Executive Councillor of Delhi and former Governor of Goa and Sikkim, Kedarnath Sahni, on his death anniversary at the Delhi Pradesh BJP office.

On the occasion, Harsh Malhotra said that Kedarnath Sahni’s life was an example of organisational commitment, integrity, discipline and dedicated service to the nation. From the Jana Sangh to the Bharatiya Janata Party, he played an important role in strengthening the organisation and upholding its values. His punctuality, probity in his working style and sincere commitment to every responsibility entrusted to him would always be remembered.

He said that Kedarnath Sahni also made significant contributions towards safeguarding the interests of Hindu families displaced from Jammu and Kashmir and working for their rehabilitation. His entire life remained an example of dedication to national service, organisational commitment and social responsibility. His principles and ideals would continue to inspire BJP workers.

Harsh Malhotra said that Kedarnath Sahni’s dedication to public life, simplicity and commitment to the organisation would always be remembered. He offered his humble tribute to the late leader.

On the occasion, Kedarnath Sahni’s son Pradeep Sahni and other family members, senior leader and former MLA Rambhaj, former Delhi Pradesh BJP president Adesh Gupta, MLA Harish Khurana, state office-bearers Vishnu Mittal and Yogita Singh, Rajesh Bhatia, Praveen Shankar Kapoor, along with other senior party leaders and workers, paid their respects and recalled his contributions.
