Ayodhya, Oct 29 (HS): The holy city of Ayodhya, associated with Lord Shri Ram, is
being decked up to welcome visitors for the 10th Deepotsav. Under the
leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the state government, Tourism
Department and Ayodhya Development Authority are working in coordination to
finalise arrangements for accommodation, transportation and the grand
celebration of Deepotsav. Large numbers of devotees and tourists are expected
to visit the Ram Temple, witness the illuminated Saryu ghats and attend
cultural programmes.
Demand for bookings at hotels and
homestays in Ayodhya has increased ahead of Deepotsav. Local businesses are
also displaying considerable enthusiasm for the event.
As the Yogi government continues
its efforts to develop Ayodhya into a major tourism and spiritual destination,
Deepotsav is emerging as a significant opportunity for the city's local tourism
industry as well.

and illumination compared with previous years.

Janmabhoomi, the Saryu ghats and other religious sites to make their visits
memorable.
