Bhubaneswar, 26 October (H.S.): Officers and employees of Lok Bhavan in Bhubaneswar took an integrity pledge on Monday as part of Vigilance Awareness Week, being observed from October 26 to November 1 this year in accordance with the guidelines of the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC).

A special programme was organised at Abhishek Hall on the Lok Bhavan premises to mark the occasion.

At the beginning of the programme, Dr Lalitendu Sahu, Private Secretary to the Governor, highlighted the significance of observing Vigilance Awareness Week and stressed the importance of promoting integrity and awareness against corruption.

Nityananda Barik, Controller of Accounts, administered the integrity pledge to the officers and employees of Lok Bhavan.
