Lucknow, Oct 24 (HS): On the occasion of the inauguration of

the second day of the TechSangam International Conference in Lucknow and the

launch of the LEXQ Center of Excellence based on Quantum Forensics and Legal

Compliance, UP CM said, “Knowledge bestows humility. This is also the objective

of TechSangam-2026. Emphasis is being placed today on the development of

indigenous AI capabilities through the 'AI India Mission', the expansion of

computing infrastructure, the promotion of innovation, and the creation of a

secure and responsible AI ecosystem.”

“In front of the land mafia, the world's largest civil

police force was helpless. As soon as the second FIR was filed, he started

was given every opportunity to escape. Now no criminal can escape. No one will

have to wait decades for justice. The tradition of one date after another in

the courts will also come to an end. The Uttar Pradesh State Forensic Science

Institute's Law with Lab is an attempt to give institutional form to this

are moving rapidly forward in the direction of developing Uttar Pradesh as

India's leading AI and data center hub,” he added.

“The Uttar Pradesh State Forensic Science Institute is an

intellectual and scientific shield for the defense of the Rule of Law in 'New

India'. Today, there is also a guarantee of security here, and we are providing

employment in the state with the same strength. We have made this arrangement

that the country's first solar city will be Ayodhya. Today, whatever street

lights are burning in Ayodhya, they are not powered by any thermal or hydro

power, but by solar lights, by green energy. Lucknow is becoming the country's

first AI city. STPI is being expanded and a Center of Excellence is also being

constructed. Uttar Pradesh is no longer sick. Uttar Pradesh is counted among the

country's top-3 economies,” he remarked.

solutions and possibilities. Further empowering these possibilities, today the

second day of the TechSangam International Conference was inaugurated in

Lucknow. On this occasion, the LexQ Center of Excellence, based on Quantum

Forensics and Legal Compliance, was launched, and the book AI In Construction

was released. Additionally, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were exchanged

between various institutions to promote faculty exchange, joint certification,

research, and global exposure. For research, innovation, investment, employment,
