Lucknow, 22 Oct (HS): Vinod Tawde, the Bharatiya Janata
Party's national general secretary and in-charge of Uttar Pradesh, on Thursday
took a dig at Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav's meeting with former
minister Azam Khan. In a social media post on Thursday, Tawde wrote, With
riots and anarchy in the state, the PDA's dream will never be fulfilled! With
elections approaching, Akhilesh Yadav's visit to jail to meet with his own
party leaders who are spreading appeasement and anarchy highlights the
Samajwadi Party's priorities.
Vinod Tawde wrote that the people of Uttar Pradesh remember
how the previous Samajwadi Party government plunged the entire state, including
western Uttar Pradesh, into the fire of riots and anarchy. The Samajwadi
Party's dream of appointing riot leader Azam Khan as Home Minister will derail Uttar
Pradesh from its path of development and lead it onto a path of destruction, a
path that will never be fulfilled.
It is known that Samajwadi Party President and former Uttar
Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav visited Rampur jail on Thursday to meet
Azam Khan. Following the meeting, BJP leader targeted the Samajwadi Party.
