Bhubaneswar, 21 October (H.S.): Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and Deputy Chief Minister Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo on Wednesday paid tribute to police personnel for their courage, dedication and sacrifices on the occasion of Police Commemoration Day.

In a social media post, Chief Minister Majhi lauded the police force for its unwavering commitment to public service, stating that the sacrifices and tireless efforts of police personnel safeguard citizens and uphold the rule of law. He said the nation remained deeply grateful for their invaluable service and sacrifice.

Deputy Chief Minister Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo also extended greetings to the police force on the occasion. He appreciated police personnel for their untiring efforts to protect life and liberty and maintain law and order. He also paid homage to the brave personnel who laid down their lives in the line of duty.
