
Lucknow, 2 Oct (HS): Candidates for the 68,500-strong teacher recruitment drive in Uttar Pradesh met with Apna Dal (S) National President and Union Minister Anupriya Patel in Lucknow on Friday to discuss their concerns regarding the recruitment process. The candidates submitted a memorandum to the Union Minister, urging her to intervene and initiate a resolution.
The candidates stated that they have been facing difficulties for a long time due to various issues related to the recruitment process. They demanded that the Union Minister, the relevant officials, and the state government take effective steps to resolve these problems. Led by candidate Toofan Singh, the delegation detailed their demands and concerns regarding the recruitment process before Anupriya Patel.
Union Minister Anupriya Patel listened seriously to the candidates' concerns and assured them of every effort to resolve them. She said she would also raise the issue with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. She also promised to meet with the Prime Minister to apprise him of the problems faced by the 68,500 teacher recruitment candidates and to take initiatives to resolve them.
The candidates expressed their gratitude to the Union Minister for her assurance and expressed hope that intervention at the government level would resolve their pending issues related to the recruitment process.
