New Delhi, 19 October (H.S.): The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has introduced a ‘Toll Plaza Feedback’ feature on its Rajmargyatra mobile application to improve services at toll plazas across the national highway network. The facility will enable travellers to share their experiences at toll plazas and report service-related issues. The initiative aims to encourage greater public participation and make journeys on national highways safer, smoother and more convenient.

According to the NHAI, users holding annual passes will receive a notification on the Rajmargyatra app inviting them to share their experiences after crossing a toll plaza on a national highway. In addition, all users will be able to submit feedback about any toll plaza through the ‘Toll Plaza Feedback’ option available in the app’s menu.

Under this facility, users will be able to rate their experiences according to a predefined rating scale. They can select options relevant to their journey and add comments wherever necessary.

The feedback collected through the feature will help identify service-related issues at toll plazas and enable authorities to monitor areas requiring improvement. The initiative is expected to support more responsive service delivery by incorporating travellers’ experiences into efforts to enhance the quality of facilities across the national highway network.
