(HS): Bombay Municipal Corporation has made tight security arrangements at

Shivteertha (Shivaji Park), and Nesco Centre, Goregaon in Mumbai for the

Dashahara rallies of two rivals in Shiva Sena factions. Uddhav Thackeray is scheduled

to address the rally at Shiveertha, while Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde

has organised the programme at the Nesco Centre.

To counter Thackeray’s

rally Shinde has announced distribution of 25,000 bicycles and 25,000 sewing

machines on the occasion. Shinde’s rally is dedicated to the drought-hit region

in Maharashtra. Both UBT and Shinde faction have claimed to be original Shiv Sena.

The matter is debated in the Court. Shinde is trying to erase ‘Gaddar’ narrative

coined by Uddhav Thackeray faction.

Chief of

Maharashtra Navnirman Sena Raj Thackeray is likely to attend Uddhav’s rally at

Shivteertha. However, he has not confirmed his attending the rally.

NAGPUR: Former

Vice-President Jagdeer Dhankhar has been invited to attend the Shastrapujan and

Dashahara function of RSS at Reshimbag, Nagpur Israeil’s Consul General Yaniv

Revach will also attend the function. RSS Sarasanghckalak Dr Mohan Bhagwat will

address the gathering to mark the centenary celebration of RSS

BEED: Two

rallies in Beed are attraction of the people. BJP Minister Pankaja Munde will address

rally at Sant Bhagwan Baba birthplace Bhagwan Gadh in Sawarghat, Patoda; while

Maratha Reservation activist Manoj Jarange Patil will address a rally at

Shrikehstra Narayangad.
