Visit Durga Puja pandals and pay respect to Goddess

Prayagraj, 18 Oct (HS): On the seventh day of Sharadiya

Navratri, Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi,

along with former Mayor of Prayagraj, Abhilasha Gupta Nandi, visited ancient

Devi temples and Shaktipeeths and performed ritualistic worship. Visiting Durga

Puja pandals set up in Naini and other areas of the city, they worshipped and

prayed to Goddess Durga, the Adishakti. He

also wished for public welfare.

Minister Nandi and former Mayor Abhilasha Gupta Nandi

visited Alopi Mata Temple, Kalibari Mata Temple, ancient Manokamnapurti Shiv

Temple located in Bahadurganj, Vaishno Devi Temple located on Zero Road, Anandi

Devi Temple, Durga Devi Temple, Mata Kalyani Devi Temple as well as Shaktipeeth

Mata Kalyani Devi Temple and paid obeisance. After offering prayers, they

prayed for public welfare. Minister Nandi also visited several Durga Puja

pandals established in Naini area late on Saturday night and worshipped Goddess

Durga. He met people and wished everyone Happy Navratri and Dussehra.

Minister Nandi visited the puja pandals of Maa Bhagwati

Jagran Durga Puja Park located in ITI Colony Naini, Trimbakeshwar Durga

Committee, Domukhi Temple BPC Gate, Mukta Vihar Public Durga Puja, Om

Mankameshwarnath Temple PDA Colony, Durga Puja Committee Anand Nagar Square,

Public Puja Committee Naini, Durga Puja Committee D Block PDA Colony, Navratri

Festival Committee D Block, Ramlila Committee Trust Naini, Maheva Dand

Indalpur, Ganpati Gangotri Nagar Barwari and praised Maa Durga.

On Sunday, Minister Nandi visited the Durga Puja pandals of

Indian Girls School, Arya Nagar Mutthiganj, Sadhoganj Mandi Mutthiganj,

Ghaziganj Mandi Mutthiganj, Mai Ka Dola, Salikganj Mandi Mutthiganj, Kallu

Kachori Square and Katghar Barwari Kashiraj Nagar and worshipped the Goddess.
