Bhubaneswar, 16 October (H.S.): Leader of Opposition in Odisha and Biju Janata Dal (BJD) president Naveen Patnaik has congratulated all candidates and students who emerged victorious in the student union elections held across the state.

In a social media post, Patnaik said the victories reflected the dedication and unity of Odisha’s Gen Z, youth and student community.

He also commended the leaders of the Biju Chhatra Janata Dal (BCJD) and the BJD for what he described as their determined fight against the alleged attempts by the BJP government to win the student union elections through unfair and dishonest means.
