Bhubaneswar, 14 October (H.S.): Odisha Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan felicitated Cluster Resource Centre Coordinators (CRCCs) for their contributions to improving the education system and nurturing students’ talents at the Chilika Mandal-level children’s festival ‘Surabhi-2026’.

The event was organised at Chilika Government High School in Hatabaradihi, located in the minister’s constituency.

Harichandan praised the dedication and commitment of CRCCs and teachers in improving the quality of education and promoting the inherent talents of students.

He said their efforts in strengthening the education system and nurturing students’ abilities were commendable and would help build a prosperous future. The minister also emphasised the importance of collective efforts to improve educational standards and provide students with opportunities to realise their potential.
