New Delhi, 13 October (H.S.): AI-powered digital twin platform TwinCafe has appointed national security expert, author and cybersecurity specialist Amit Dubey as its mentor and cybersecurity adviser. The company said the move aims to strengthen security and trust amid growing threats involving digital identities, deepfakes and cybercrime. At a media interaction held in Noida, Dubey's digital twin was also formally unveiled to guide users on cybersecurity, online fraud and digital crimes.

Dubey, TwinCafe Managing Director Sandish Goyal and founding team member and brand evangelist Tarun Singhal attended the event at the company's office in Sector 98, Noida. Formerly known as AskSila, TwinCafe has been rebranded as a digital twin platform that connects authors, experts and creators with wider audiences through AI versions based on their knowledge, personalities and experience. The company said Dubey's digital twin is now live on the platform and will offer users expert guidance on dealing with online threats.

Dubey said he had spent years reaching people through training programmes, television, radio and writing, but the need for reliable cybersecurity advice in India was far greater than any individual could address alone. He said his digital twin would make guidance based on his investigative experience accessible at any time to students in smaller towns, first-time entrepreneurs, working professionals and senior citizens concerned about online fraud. He added that he had joined the platform to help protect the trust on which TwinCafe is built.

TwinCafe founder and Chief Executive Officer Ashutosh Garg said the usefulness of a digital twin depended on the trust users placed in it. As the company brings the knowledge and experience of prominent individuals to the platform, ensuring the security of every digital twin and interaction is essential, he said. Garg added that Dubey's experience would help the company build a platform that individuals and institutions could trust.

Tarun Singhal said cyber threats do not follow office hours and access to reliable advice should not be restricted to fixed timings. He said Dubey's digital twin would extend guidance based on his years of cybersecurity experience to students, small business owners and other users.

The company said its objective was not merely to build an AI platform but to create a digital medium through which knowledge, experience and personality could reach people beyond geographical and time constraints. It added that security and trust remained fundamental priorities as the platform expanded.

TwinCafe is an AI-powered digital twin platform developed by Viven AI. It enables users to create AI versions based on their voices, personalities, knowledge and expertise to engage with larger audiences. Founded by technology entrepreneur Ashutosh Garg, the company has received USD 35 million in initial funding from Khosla Ventures and Foundation Capital, according to the release.
