Solapur, 13 Oct (HS): Noted businessman Akash Chonde

has levelled serious allegations against DySP Sanjay Pawar through social

media. Chonde has alleged he was threatened of action under the Maharashtra

Prevention of Dangerous Activity if not paid the bribe. Chonde has also demanded

investigation through the Enforcement Directorate (ED) against Pawar.

Chinde has posted that he is being threatened to

indict in offence under MPDA and may face externment, if not paid the money.

After acquittal from action under MPDA, he has paid Rs 5.70 lakh so far, Chonde

claimed. He has mentioned that he is not able to pay more and has demanded

enquiry against Pawar through the ED.

The police officer has not responded against the

allegations. Whether a formal complaint has been lodged by Chonde is also not

known.
