
Balrampur, 11 Oct (HS): On the first day of Sharadiya
Navratri, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath offered prayers to Maa Pateshwari Ji
at the famous Shaktipeeth temple Devipatan situated in Tulsipur in Balrampur
district of Uttar Pradesh and prayed for the happiness and prosperity of the
country and the state. The Chief Minister had reached Devipatan temple on
Saturday evening to offer prayers to Maa Pateshwari Ji.
After the prayers, he reached the cowshed located in the
temple and fed green fodder to the cattle. During this, the CM visited the
temple premises and also gave chocolates to the children. Devipatan
Peethadhishwar Mahant Mithilesh Nath Yogi Maharaj was present with the Chief
Minister.
On the first day of Sharadiya Navratri, Uttar Pradesh Chief
Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted prayers at the famous Maa Pateshwari Devi
Temple (also known as the Devi Patan Temple) in Balrampur.
Yogi Adityanath visited the Shakti Peetha in Tulsipur to perform ancient rites
and seek blessings. He attended the 'Devipatan: Shiksha Ki Udaan' girl's
felicitation ceremony and conducted the traditional Kanya Pujan, which involves
worshiping young girls. He launched and laid the groundwork for 78 development
projects totaling over Rs. 803 crore across the region. Symbolic cheques,
computers, and reward certificates were distributed to scheme beneficiaries
during a public ceremony.
