The upcoming trading week, beginning Monday, October 12, is expected to witness moderate activity in the primary market, with seven companies set to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs). Of these, five belong to the mainboard segment, while the remaining two are from the small and medium enterprises (SME) segment. However, listing activity is expected to remain subdued, with shares of only one company scheduled to make their stock market debut during the week.
On Tuesday, October 13, the Rs 712.31-crore IPO of HD Fire Protect is scheduled to open for subscription. Investors can bid for the issue until October 15. The price band has been fixed at Rs 258 to Rs 271 per share, with a lot size of 55 shares. Following the closure of the IPO, the company's shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on October 21.
On the same day, the Rs 116.05-crore IPO of Ravita Engineering Services will also open for subscription. The issue will remain open until October 15. The price band has been set at Rs 105 to Rs 112 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. Following the closure of the issue, the company's shares are expected to be listed on the NSE SME platform on October 21.
Also opening on Tuesday, October 13, is the Rs 42.10-crore IPO of Vaibhav Vyapaar. The issue will remain open for subscription until October 15. The price band has been fixed at Rs 51 to Rs 54 per share, while the lot size is 2,000 shares. The company's shares are expected to be listed on the NSE SME platform on October 21, following the closure of the issue.
On Wednesday, October 14, the Rs 702-crore IPO of Fusion CX Limited is scheduled to open for subscription. Investors will be able to place their bids until October 16. The price band has been fixed at Rs 275 to Rs 289 per share, with a lot size of 51 shares. The company's shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on October 22, after the IPO closes.
On Thursday, October 15, the IPO of Sahajanand Medical Technologies Limited is scheduled to open. The issue will remain open for subscription until October 19. The company has not yet announced the price band or lot size. Under the offer, a total of 2,76,44,231 shares will be sold through the offer-for-sale (OFS) route. The company's shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on October 23, following the closure of the issue.
Tonbo Imaging India is also scheduled to launch its IPO on October 15. The issue will remain open for subscription until October 19. The price band and lot size have not yet been announced. A total of 1,21,74,046 shares will be offered for sale through the OFS route. The company's shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on October 23, after the issue closes.
In addition, the IPO of JETWERK Manufacturing Business Limited is scheduled to open for subscription on October 15 and remain open until October 19. The company has not yet disclosed the price band, lot size or total issue size. Its shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on October 23, following the closure of the IPO.
Meanwhile, shares of RK Fashion Accessories are scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on October 12, marking the only listing event mentioned for the upcoming week.
The company's Rs 34.99-crore IPO was open for subscription from October 5 to October 7 and received an overall subscription of 2.70 times. The portion reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was subscribed 14.11 times, while the portion allocated to non-institutional investors (NIIs) received 1.77 times subscription. The retail investor category was subscribed 3.11 times.
The price band for the RK Fashion Accessories IPO was fixed at Rs 77 to Rs 82 per share.
