
Noida, 10 October (H.S.): Spectators can now watch matches in the ongoing Volleyball Champions League at the Noida Indoor Stadium without paying any admission fee, with the organisers announcing free entry for all. The initiative aims to promote volleyball in India, attract larger crowds to the stadium and encourage greater public participation in the sport.
The move will give fans an opportunity to experience the excitement of live volleyball matches from the stands without purchasing tickets. The organisers hope that the initiative will boost stadium attendance, enhance spectator engagement and further strengthen the popularity of volleyball across the country.
Empyria Marathas Lead Group A Standings
After seven matches in the league, Empyria Marathas lead Group A with four points from two victories. Punjab Aerostrikers occupy second place with three points, while Ayodhya Garjans are third with two points.
Tamil Titans Hold Top Spot in Group B
In Group B, Tamil Titans lead the standings with four points from two wins. Namma Bengaluru Smashers are placed second, also with four points, while Haryana Hurricanes occupy third position with three points.
Ten Teams Compete in the League
A total of 10 teams are participating in the Volleyball Champions League: Empyria Marathas, Punjab Aerostrikers, Ayodhya Garjans, Garvi Gujjuz, Rajasthan Spikers, Tamil Titans, Namma Bengaluru Smashers, Haryana Hurricanes, Delhi Dynamites and Hooghly Hitters.
