Balrampur, 10 Oct (HS): In the sacred land of Mother

Pateshwari, in the district of Balrampur, at the event organized for the

inauguration and foundation stone laying of 78 development projects costing

more than Rs. 803 crore, UP CM said, Now a ring road is being built in

Balrampur district, the sugar mill is also being expanded, Tharu Museum is also

working to promote our tribal culture and heritage. The Samajwadi Party formed

the government for the fourth time, but the bridge at Mathura Ghat could not be

built. After the arrival of the Bharatiya Janata Party's double-engine

government, the work of constructing the bridge at Mathura Ghat has also been

advanced.”

“The Rajya Sabha elections have just taken place, but the

Samajwadi Party did not field even a single Dalit candidate. On one seat,

Akhilesh Yadav's uncle got through, and the second seat was sold to a wealthy

tycoon. This is the PDA—(Parivar) Family Development Authority. Akhilesh ji, I

offer you. Come, you also file nomination papers from Shri Ayodhya Dham and I

will also do so. If they win the election then it is their hard work and if

they lose then it is the fault of EVM, look at their double character. During

the Congress era, a long chain of one scam after another had piled up; the

Samajwadi Party was nothing but a government of scams. They should apologize to

the public for their actions.”

On Saturday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated and

laid the foundation stone for 78 development projects worth more than 803 crore

rupees in Bilaria, Uttar Pradesh's Uttaraula assembly constituency . Addressing

the event, the Chief Minister said that this gift of development projects is a

Sharadiya Navratri gift for the district's residents. He said that Balrampur,

which before 2017 struggled with problems like backwardness, poor roads,

floods, and disease, is now moving rapidly towards development.

The Chief Minister said that a single vote from the public

can transform the region. The same vote that once posed an identity crisis and

infamous for smuggling is now becoming the foundation of development and

progress. Instead of the lawlessness of criminals, the region is now moving

forward with a new wave of change and development. He said that efforts are

underway to elevate Balrampur from an aspirational district to a district

brimming with possibilities.

Taking aim at previous governments, the Chief Minister said

that previously, the state was in an atmosphere of lawlessness. The mafia would

seize whatever land they set foot on. Traders were threatened and their

properties were seized. He said that before 2017, the condition of Balrampur's

roads was very poor, and the district was struggling with backwardness. There

used to be a fear of unrest before festivals, but now the situation has

changed.

He said the state government has worked to provide

employment to the youth. Arrangements have been made to provide relief and

compensation to those affected by the disaster within 24 hours. The Chief

Minister warned that elements like Changur will not be allowed to flourish in

the border areas.

The Chief Minister took a dig at the Samajwadi Party's PDA

slogan, calling it the Family Development Authority. Referring to the Rajya

Sabha elections, he said the SP contested two seats, one of which was sold to

his uncle and the other to a wealthy businessman.

The CM said that Akhilesh Yadav is asking me to contest

elections from Ayodhya. I accept. Let's face it. He said that during his tenure

in Ayodhya, chanting Jai Shri Ram was banned. Today, the idea of

Ramrajya is being realized there.

The people have already rejected them. When they win

elections, it's their valor. When they lose, they blame the EVMs, threaten the

administration, criticize the court, and put the Election Commission in the

dock. The Chief Minister said that Ayodhya is the center of our faith. Those

who oppose the development work done in Ayodhya, Kashi, and Maa Vindhyavasini

Dham are actually opposing the development of the state.

Referring to the upcoming assembly elections, the Chief

Minister claimed that the BJP will win 80 percent of the seats. He said that

the double-engine government will not tolerate anarchy in the state and will

continue to advance development work.

The Chief Minister said that the double-engine government of

the Center and the state has written a new chapter of development in recent

years. The completion of the Saryu Canal National Project in Balrampur is a

significant achievement in this direction. Calling it a result of the Prime

Minister's vision, he said that the government's objective is to bring positive

change in the lives of the common people through public welfare schemes and

development projects. The Chief Minister said that Balrampur will not be

allowed to lag behind in terms of development. Efforts will continue to make it

a developed district by advancing road, infrastructure, and public welfare

schemes.

Meanwhile, a post on X he mentioned, “With the blessings of

Mother Pateshwari, the holy land of Balrampur, sanctified by her grace, will

today witness a renewed momentum in the resolve for development and public

welfare through the inauguration and foundation stone laying of 78 development

projects costing over Rs. 803 crore. On this occasion, cheques and certificates

will also be distributed to the beneficiaries of various public welfare schemes.

The double-engine government is committed to transforming every aspiration of

Balrampur into opportunity and every potential into capability.”
