Ghirishneshwar Temple, one of the 12 Jyorlingas in Ellora caves will remain

closed for about six months for the developmental activities for the Kumbhmela.

The State Government has undertaken developmental works by an investment of Rs

210 crore for the Simhastha Kumbhamela in Nashik.

The road between Khultabad and the temple will

remain closed from October 1 for the tunnel work in front of the temple. Only

school buses and ambulances are allowed on the road.
