Varanasi, 1 Oct (HS): Bharatiya Janata
Party (BJP) National President Nitin Nabin will speak
at a large public gathering in Varanasi on October 7.
The BJP aims to gather 50,000 attendees for the rally planned at the Jagatpur
Inter College grounds in Jagatpur, Rohaniya. Uttar Pradesh Chief
Minister Yogi Adityanath, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, and BJP
State President Pankaj Choudhary are set to speak at
the rally. The BJP's local, district, and city branches have stepped up preparations for the national president's public gathering.
The BJP is organizing a significant event in Varanasi on
October 7 to celebrate Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 25 years in public
service, coinciding with the conclusion of two youth-led yatras linking his
birthplace Vadnagar in Gujarat to his parliamentary constituency Varanasi in
Uttar Pradesh. October 7 signifies 25 years since PM Modi was sworn in as the
Chief Minister of Gujarat in 2001, launching the period of his public life that
the BJP is commemorating with its month-long ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’. BJP
national president Nitin Nabin declared the campaign in September, as the party
planned various service and outreach initiatives leading up to October 7.
During a meeting at
the Circuit House, BJP National Minister and State Co-Incharge Jagdish Patel shared details about the rally preparations.
He announced that the “Seva Sankalp
Bike Yatra,” which started on
September 17th in Vadnagar, the birthplace of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will end on
October 7th in Varanasi, the Prime Minister’s parliamentary
constituency. A significant public gathering for BJP National President Nitin
Navin has been arranged in Jagatpur. Speaking at the meeting, State Minister
(Independent Charge) JPS Rathore announced that
500 motorcyclists, who set off
from Vadnagar, are set to reach
Varanasi on October 7. A warm reception awaits them at Namo Ghat.
Rathore mentioned that the entire group of 500 bike riders
participating in the Seva Sankalp Bike Yatra will attend the Namo Book
Festival at Namo Ghat, featuring more than 450 books authored about Prime
Minister Narendra Modi. Subsequently, all the participants will reach Lalita
Ghat by boat and conduct the Jalabhishek of Baba Vishwanath using the water
they carried.
Subsequently, they will participate in Nitin Navin’s public
gathering in Jagatpur. BJP State General Secretary Dilip Patel called on party
workers to start preparations for the public meeting right away. He encouraged
them to start their designated tasks to guarantee the event's success. Regional
President Ashok Chaurasia announced that discussions with district and
metropolitan officials about the arrangements for the public gathering will
take place on October 1. Meetings for fronts, cells, departments, and divisions
are scheduled for October 2, 3, and 4.
