Bhubaneswar, 07 January (H.S.): The Regional Plant Resource Centre (RPRC) will organise the Annual Flower Show 2026 at Ekamra Kanan in Nayapalli here from January 9 to January 11, officials said on Wednesday.

The three-day event will remain open to visitors from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm. Entry to the exhibition will be free, and free parking facilities will also be provided to ensure convenience for visitors.

According to RPRC officials, the flower show will feature a diverse collection of flowers and ornamental plants displayed at a single venue. Over 65 stalls, including plant stalls, open nurseries, food stalls and other exhibition units, will be set up during the event.

RPRC Architectural Assistant Kananalata Sahoo said the exhibition is expected to attract a large number of visitors this year. Key attractions will include a large floral installation and more than eight specially designed selfie points for visitors.

“We invite people of all age groups to visit and enjoy the exhibition,” she said.

Meanwhile, Plant Lovers Association president Khirod Pattanayak said participants from various parts of the state are expected to take part in the show. He added that cultural programmes, including music and dance performances, will be organised throughout the three days, enhancing the event’s festive atmosphere.

The Annual Flower Show is a popular attraction in the city and is expected to draw large crowds of nature enthusiasts, gardeners and tourists during the exhibition period.
