Lucknow,

06 Jan (HS): Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said today that the central

government has taken important steps to create sustainable employment during

the winter session of Parliament. The passage of this Act is a significant step

for rural development. We welcome the Viksit Bharat, Ramji Act and

express our gratitude to Prime Minister Modi. Chief Minister Yogi also attacked

the opposition.

Addressing

a press conference held at the Lok Bhavan of the NDA government in Uttar

Pradesh on Tuesday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the mandatory

employment period under the scheme has been increased from 100 to 125 days.

Payments will be made weekly. Delays in payments will be charged with interest.

He

said that if those who abandoned the country to suffer the pangs of poverty

support such a move, their true identity will be exposed. The public will also

ask them, What have you done? Instead of supporting a step taken in

the interest of the country, villages, and the poor, they are opposing it. The

foundation of a developed India can only be laid by strengthening the rural

economy. Chief Minister Yogi said, I welcome this and express my

gratitude to Prime Minister Modi.

Chief

Minister Yogi Adityanath said that employment is guaranteed through Ji Ram Ji.

Now an online system for filling attendance has been made. Money will be sent

through DBT. The game of making payments in fake names has now stopped forever.

Remember the SP rule, there was a scam in MNREGA in Sonbhadra. We express our

gratitude to Prime Minister Modi, Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan,

and the Union Cabinet for passing the Ji Ram Ji Yojana Act. The Uttar Pradesh

government welcomes and supports it. Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad

Maurya, Brajesh Pathak, Minister Om Prakash Rajbhar, Minister Sanjay Nishad,

Minister Ashish Patel, Minister Anil Kumar, RLD leader Rajpal Baliyan were

present on this occasion.
