
Hyderabad/New Delhi, 17 January (H.S.): The 57th edition of Fit India Sunday on Cycle, under the aegis of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports as part of the Fit India Movement, will take place across multiple cities nationwide on Sunday, January 18. This initiative reaffirms the Government of India's commitment to promoting fitness as a mass movement and inspiring citizens to embrace active, healthy lifestyles.
According to the Ministry, Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya will participate in the cycling event in Gondal, near Rajkot in Gujarat. His involvement underscores the government's efforts to integrate physical activity into daily life and raise fitness awareness across all age groups.
Major Highlights Across CitiesA key attraction of this edition will be the Hyderabad event, organized by the Sports Authority of India in collaboration with the Telangana government at the prestigious Gachibowli Stadium.
Union Minister of Coal and Mines G. Kishan Reddy will join the program, lending further momentum to this national initiative.

In New Delhi, the 57th edition commences at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday at Vasant Kunj (in front of DAV Public School, Pocket B-1). Indian shooter Rashmika Sehgal, gold medalist at the Asian Championship and ISSF Junior World Cup, and Mumbai City FC goalkeeper Vishal June will participate.
