New Delhi, 16 January (H.S.): Indian women's national team midfielder Manisha Kalyan has elevated her career trajectory by inking a deal with Peru's Alianza Lima Femenino, the four-time champions, as confirmed in the club's official statement released on Thursday.

The club announced, Alianza Lima's women's team proudly declares the signing of Indian midfielder Manisha Kalyan, who will fortify our attacking prowess. Arriving from Greece's PAOK FC—where she competed at Europe's elite level—Kalyan brings proven pedigree to our squad.

This marks Kalyan's third overseas stint: after stints with India's Sethu FC and Gokulam Kerala FC, she joined Cyprus's Apollon Ladies FC in 2022, becoming the first Indian woman to feature in the UEFA Women's Champions League, netting 14 goals across 36 appearances.

In 2024, she transitioned to PAOK FC in Greece, contributing eight goals in 23 matches and cementing her reputation in European club football.
