Gorakhpur,
16 Jan (HS): Yogi Adityanath, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, has
inaugurated the East Zone Inter-University Women's Basketball Tournament in
Gorakhpur. According to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, sports
and contests were not on the government's agenda before to 2014. They were
frequently ignored. Due to a lack of international-level facilities, our great
athletes either moved or felt disgruntled; but, after 2014, the new sports
culture that Prime Minister Modi has built in the country is absolutely
astonishing today.
Chief
Minister Yogi Adityanath adds that in the East Zone Inter-University Women's
Basketball Championship, all participants and team members from 31 universities
throughout 14 Eastern Zone states are competing in this competition, which is
overseen by authorities, managers, and coaches. I would like to give a warm
greeting to all of our team managers, participants, and coaches, as well as the
students, brothers, and sisters in attendance.
The
East Zone Inter-University Women's Basketball Championship got underway on
