CM Fadnavis assures support

Movement Padma Shri late Namdev Dhasal’s wife and daughter of renowned poet Shahir

Amar Sheikh, is facing serious health issues. Mallika herself authored several books.

Her autobiography ‘Mala Uddhavast Whaychay’ was very popular among the readers.

She was also political activist and was President of Dalit Panther.

Mallika,

however, expressed grief over neglect of her family. She is getting financial

support from Nanaji Deshmukh Trust.

chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis talked to her through video call to enquire

about her health and assured “We are with you. Will take care of you. You have

to work of Namdev Dhasal, from where he left.”

Mallika said

that she groomed a revolutionist like Namdev Dhasal. Many are using his name

for their benefits. However we are left unattended. Fadnavis assured all

support to Mallika Dhasal.
