15 Jan (HS): On the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti, the Physiotherapist

Welfare Association, Uttar Pradesh organized a Mega Bhandara and Free

Physiotherapy Health Awareness Camp at the Magh Mela Camp–2026 on Thursday. The

service program was conducted from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, witnessing

participation from a large number of devotees, Kalpvasis, and the general

public.

Since

2016, the Association has been actively engaged in social welfare activities on

every major festival. The event was organized under the guidance of President

Dr. Surendra Singh and the leadership of General Secretary Dr. Santosh Pandey. Key

office bearers and members present included Vice President Dr. Tribhuwan Singh,

Joint Secretary Dr. Bitam Singh, Treasurer Dr. Irshad Ahmad, and members Dr.

Kashif Khan, Dr. Narendra Pandey, Dr. Ujjwal Singh, and Dr. Vaishali Dwivedi. Volunteers

Abhishek Mishra and Shlok Pandey also rendered commendable service during the

event.

Along

with the Bhandara, a Free Physiotherapy Camp was organized to create awareness

about arthritis, cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis, neck pain, back pain,

and other musculoskeletal disorders, along with providing consultation and

treatment. Thousands of beneficiaries availed the services. The Physiotherapist

Welfare Association, Uttar Pradesh continues to function as a dynamic and

socially responsible organization, integrating healthcare services with

community welfare.
