Guwahati, 12 January (HS): Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday extended warm birthday wishes to Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Vice President Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda.

In his social media message, the Chief Minister described Panda as a distinguished Parliamentarian, a profound thinker and a popular leader, whose invaluable guidance has significantly strengthened the BJP at the grassroots level.
