08 Sept (HS): In view of the festivals of Dussehra and Deepawali, the work of
making crackers illegally has started rapidly . While there is a ban on the
manufacture, storage, sale and use of crackers in Delhi and NCR region. Despite
this, the manufacture, storage and sale of crackers is going on in these areas.
This was revealed on Monday when the police of Dadri police station exposed an illegal
cracker factory and arrested three accused.

police station, said that on the basis of information, an illegal cracker
factory was exposed in a house under construction in village Bodaki. Ramlakhan,
Azad and Rajendra have been arrested from here. 1004 kg manufactured crackers
(anaar), 100 sacks (tubes) crackers (for making anaar), 53.6 kg magnesium
powder, 74.8 kg smack less powder, 68.4 kg cutting powder, 37.9 kg TI powder,
29.4 kg liquid substance, 28.3 kg glue, 12.6 kg W powder, 10 kg POP powder, 10
kg Fevicol, 6 pressure machines, 1 electronic pressure machine with motor, 1
spray machine, 1 electric fork, 5 tape cutters, 7 hammers, 2 misals, 1 dhurmut,
3 bundles of detonator wire, 1 carton white tape, 1 carton transparent tape, 9
sacks of red soil, 5 sacks of cardboard, 2 cartons levels, 2 empty plastic
drums, 2 cardboard drums, 3 small cardboard drums, 3 plastic tubs, 2 plastic
crates and other items were recovered from their possession. These crackers
were being prepared to be sold illegally during Dussehra and Diwali festivals.
Action is being taken against them.
