Chennai, 7 September (H.S.) : Tamil Nadu BJP chief Nainar Nagendran has denied any responsibility for TTV Dhinakaran's Amma Makkal Munnettra Kazagam (AMMK) quitting the National Democratic Alliance (NDA). Nagendran's statement comes after Dhinakaran criticized him for mishandling the alliance. Dhinakaran did, however, express that the coalition was better managed by former BJP chief Annamalai, implying that Nagendran underestimated AMMK's significance in the alliance.
