Bhubaneswar, 5 September (H.S.): On the occasion of the birth anniversary of India’s first Vice President, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, which is celebrated as Teachers’ Day, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi extended heartfelt greetings and best wishes to all.
The Chief Minister emphasized the invaluable role of teachers in shaping young minds, stating that while imparting quality education, they also carry the responsibility of nurturing the innate talents of students. “It is for this reason that teachers are revered as ‘Gurus’ in our tradition,” Majhi said.
Expressing confidence in their dedication, he added, “I firmly believe that teachers will continue to fulfill this responsibility with sincerity, guiding children towards a brighter future.”
