Guwahati, 05 September (HS): Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma on Friday paid rich tribute to the eminent educationist and social reformer Padmasri Indira Miri on her death anniversary.

Dr. Sarma said Indira Miri’s invaluable contributions in spreading knowledge across the Northeast will always enlighten society. He added that her sharp intellect, relentless hard work and perseverance helped her attain self-accomplishment and made her a source of inspiration for every generation.
