Bhubaneswar, 4 September (H.S.)Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has described the recently announced Next-Generation GST reforms as an “early Diwali bonanza” for the nation, fulfilling the commitment made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his Independence Day address.

Expressing gratitude to the Prime Minister and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Pradhan said the reforms through process simplification and rate rationalisation will reinvigorate key economic sectors and herald a new era of growth and Ease of Living.

Highlighting their wide-ranging impact, he noted that the reforms will benefit every sphere of life, from agriculture to enterprise and from households to businesses, while providing significant relief to the middle class.
